We are back in Sydney. I am so busy already trying to get my life organised I haven't had a chance to even say a thing here or anywhere. I haven't called a single person. I feel a little bad. I am sorry... I don't have any credit on my phone so that kinda makes things worse. So I am hoping that just posting this will magically solve my hermity dumbness and people will start calling me. HA! I have been working lots and stuff. I swear!

Mountain Tour of Seattle in Minutes

This afternoon, whilst the sky remained blue and the clouds subsisted, Dad took Boris on a tour of the mountain views from Seattle. We really haven't had an opportunity to see the mountains at all because of all the bloody clouds so we had to use the opportunity while we had it. We were trying to get all of them in before the sun went down and on a tight schedule so most photos were taken out the sky window of the SUV.

That's just one thing I love about this place. We literally stayed inside two suburbs circling around the perimeters of a hill in order to feast our eyes on these beasts. It took 15 minutes tops. You can imagine, no matter where you live here you are constantly confronted with them on all sides. That is truly special. I am no outdoorsy type but I can really appreciate how that effects a person. It's pretty obvious just by comparing the psychology of this place to a place like New York or where ever.

So. Whilst wondering around strip-mall city 2006 in the sleepy seattle winter in my father's white SUV looking for some place that sells mattress covers we came across yet another attractive alternative to city or house. Country. I mean why not.

And then there is the 'Country Plus!' directly across the road.

Only in America.

Also drove past the 'Sewing Pavilion'

The endless possibilities bring a faint tingling to my temples and a wetness in my mouth.

Andrew made some serious dancing shoes! You can see some video on Simultaneity and a wonderfully detailed description of how they are made including the MAX patch.

I want these shoes BAD! These would be great for the next Dance-Off. Mmm. They would be good with some pop & lock sensors to trigger some percussion and then you could have some serious pure body controlled music. I think ultimately the concept may be a little frustrating if you really wanted a serious dance. You may just have to change your style completely <that would be cool. Dancing to create music!

I think it might be illegal to keep monkeys as domestic pets and Boris so badly wants one. So I made one for him for the interum. Just while I figure all the technicalities out. Boy am I getting crafty. It must be from reading that Craft Blog so much. I gotta try and cut down on that.

After getting a man to repeat his inquiry 4 times and almost asking him to write it down. He just wouldn't move his lips and I am sorry but that is just unfair. Not only is it impossible to make out the words in the audio be is producing but I can't even read his lips. And there are even those mumblers/accented people who cover their mouths with their hands! AH! What's with that?!?!?! So you need a dentist! I don't care! I just want to know what you're saying! Dude I got no problem with English as a second language. I am still correcting my mothers pronunciation but I need to see your lips move. Get into it! Feel the moment.
